The first step begins with an in-person meeting to address your specific needs and desires. We will answer your questions and get the information needed to implement your vision using your budget. Once you are satisfied with the initial plan, we then provide you with a full project proposal that includes both construction material and labor cost estimates. We will go over any concerns we may have regarding the project and listen to yours as well.
Depending on whether or not you have already obtained plans and permits we will work closely with your architect and/or designer in the obtainment of permits with the Santa Monica Building Department. Once permits are obtained we are ready to start construction.
The construction phase begins with our own highly trained craftsman and on-site management. All of our projects adhere to the design specifications and well thought-out construction methods of the architect, designer, and engineer. Throughout the construction and building process we will keep you informed of our progress with pictures and time-line changes.
Upon completion, we walk through the residence with you so that you may inspect all work completed and we can provide manufacturer warranties and guarantees on materials used throughout the residential construction.
